Taz Darragh welcomes you to Shore Osteopaths. We are based in Rosedale on the North Shore of Auckland and service the entire North Shore. We have excellent facilities, friendly faces and above all quality osteopathic treatment and massage therapy for people of all ages.

We are a family practice that opened in September 2012. Our goal is to offer the highest quality osteopathic care in a friendly, comfortable environment. Centrally located on Ceres Court (just off Apollo Drive) we are only minutes from Albany, the East Coast Bays, Glenfield, Takapuna and just 15 minutes from the Auckland CBD. If you work in the city we also have appointments available at Central City Osteopaths.

Taz Darragh - Osteopath

Taz graduated from Unitec New Zealand with honours in the Master of Osteopathy. He holds a current annual practicing certificate with the Osteopathic Council of New Zealand and is an active member of Osteopaths New Zealand. Taz is an ACC registered provider. Taz also owns a second practice in the Auckland CBD - Central City Osteopaths.

Taz completed his research thesis on shoulder pain, having researched the best methods for the rehabilitation of those suffering shoulder impingement syndrome (a common diagnosis of shoulder pain). Having completed extensive research on shoulder pain he is now highly regarded in this field.

 As well as shoulder pain, Taz has a special interest in workplace injuries and postural strains. Taz's treatments are based on structural osteopathic techniques ranging from gentle joint mobilisation to deep soft-tissue massage and spinal manipulation (the "click".)

Outside of Osteopathy, Taz loves surfing with his kids, paddle boarding, running and generally keeping active.

Stephanie - Registered Massage Therapist (MNZ)

Stephanie has  a Diploma in Therapeutic Massage from The New Zealand College of Massage, and a Certificate in Aromatherapy.  Stephanie focuses on sports, deep tissue, relaxation, aromatherapy and neuromuscular massage. 

Stephanie is available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
