We are a professional, family owned practice based in Rosedale on Auckland's North Shore. We are dedicated to providing the very best osteopathic treatment and management for people of all ages.
Our goal is to offer high quality osteopathic care in a friendly, comfortable environment. We will relieve your pain and discomfort as quickly and effectively as possible to allow you to get back in control of your life. We use a wide range of techniques from massage to joint manipulation, exercise rehabilitation, advice, stretches and self-management.

What we treatAt Shore Osteopaths we provide treatment for a range of musculo-skeletal problems affecting joints, muscles, tendons, and ligaments. Whilst back and neck pain are the most common complaints seen at our clinic, treatment is not limited to these areas. We see people for sports injuries, pain management, pregnancy and postnatal complaints as well as injury management and prevention. As an Osteopath we combine our knowledge of anatomy, physiology and biomechanics with clinical reasoning and experience to determine the cause of pain and what the most effective treatment plan will be. Our Osteopaths have completed extensive study gaining a Masters of Osteopathy. We believe that continuing education is extremely important and regularly attend professional development courses. Our Osteopaths are ACC registered and long term members of Osteopaths NZ.
We have a passion for what we do and enjoy meeting many interesting people along the way. We have thousands of happy clients that we have helped significantly and we look forward to treating many more to come.
