We are a professional, family owned practice based in Rosedale on Auckland's North Shore. We are dedicated to providing  the very best osteopathic treatment and management for people of all ages.

What we treat


At Shore Osteopaths we provide treatment for a range of musculo-skeletal problems affecting joints, muscles, tendons, and ligaments.  Whilst back and neck pain are the most common complaints seen at our clinic, treatment is not limited to these areas.  We see people for sports injuries, pain management, pregnancy and postnatal complaints as well as injury management and prevention.

​Shore Osteopaths is located at Unit 1B, 5 Ceres Court in Rosedale, Auckland.

We use hands on techniques and work with you to get you back to optimum health as quickly as possible.  As an Osteopath we combine our knowledge of anatomy, physiology and biomechanics with clinical reasoning and experience to determine the cause of pain and what the most effective treatment plan will be.

We understand that everyone is different and we take the time to listen and make sure we are working to get the best outcomes for your complaints.

One-on-one consultations are 40-60 minutes in duration giving us time to listen, thoroughly examine and diagnose your problem and establish a treatment plan to suit your needs and lifestyle.  We will explain what we are doing every step of the way and we will not do any manipulations or techniques that you are not comfortable with. Our Osteopaths have completed extensive study gaining a Masters of Osteopathy. We believe that continuing education is extremely important and regularly attend professional development courses. Our Osteopaths are ACC registered and members of ONZ.
